RHETT HOUSE INN POLICIES, TERMS, AND CONDITIONS

Taxes and Fees:

Rates do not include applicable accommodations tax at the time of reservation and a 10% service charge, which is in lieu of cash gratuities.

Off Street Parking:

The hotel offers complimentary offstreet parking. If all spaces are full, there is plenty of complimentary parking on the quiet street next to the inn.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made 72 hours before 3 p. m. of the day of arrival. Guests who do not cancel within this time will be charged for a one night stay, plus taxes and gratuity. We require a one night deposit for all bookings. With the exception of Rooms 7 and 8, our rooms are designed for double occupancy, and we do not have rollaways or cots. There will be an $80 per person per night charge for each person over 2 in all rooms.

Newcastle House:

The Newcastle House is available for $400 based on double occupancy.  There is an additional charge of $275 for a third or fourth person.

Travel Agent Commissions:

The Rhett House Inn is pleased to extend a 10% commission to IATA-registered travel agents upon receipt of valid invoice.

Credit Card Policy:

The Rhett House Inn accepts all major credit cards.

Check-in and check-out times:

Check-in time is 3 p.m., and check out time is 11:00 a.m. If late checkout is requested, there may be an additional fee. Early check-in will be extended with no extra fee when available.

Room Guarantee Policy:

We make every effort to accommodate requests for specific room numbers, but room assignments are based on availability and room type; therefore, we cannot guarantee any room number or location.

Pet Policy:

The Rhett House Inn does not allow pets. We will be happy to recommend reputable local boarding facilities for pets.

Smoking Policy:

The Rhett House Inn is a smoke-free establishment, except for designated outdoor smoking areas on verandas and gardens. Smoking in a designated nonsmoking area is subject to a fine, and smoking in rooms will result in a $150 cleaning fee.

Special Needs:

We make every attempt to accommodate our guests’ special needs. Please let us know in advance if you have dietary restrictions, allergies, etc., and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
